I had the incredible opportunity to work with Dr. Ali and his team as a limited permit physician at the IMS Group last year, and I can confidently say that it was one of the most rewarding experiences of my medical career.

After graduating from an international medical school in 2018 and matching into a prestigious family medicine residency program in 2019, I faced a challenging setback when I resigned in 2020 during the emergence of COVID-19, after completing only 11 months of residency. Since then, I struggled to match into a new residency program, with my letters of recommendation aging and not being clinically active for several years. We also had a group chat where I could ask questions and exchange ideas. As my supervisors saw my growth and dedication, they generously provided me with strong and current letters of recommendation.
